Incontinence (Fecal & Urinary)
Incontinence, a potentially stressful, embarrassing condition, is typically treated with medication. STAR Clinic can give you other treatment options in strengthening and/or relaxing the muscles of the pelvic floor to reduce and alleviate symptoms. These involve use of manual therapy, biofeedback, use of pelvic floor weights, bladder/bowel management and a simple home program designed to enable you to meet your goals.
